Raised on the island of Puerto Rico, USA, Bianca is fluent in both English and Spanish. She's been a Raleigh resident since 2001 where she now lives with her husband, Seth, her sons, Breyson and Luke, and their three rescue fur babies, Teddy, Isla and Cora.



Bianca graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and went on to work as a CPA for one of the "Big Four" accounting firms. She then made a change and started her own business as a photographer and subsequently became a health and fitness coach before adding on real estate to her resume. 

Bianca has loved capturing memories with photography, and helping clients reach their goals and gain confidence with fitness.  Now, her focus is on finding homes where her clients can create wonderful memories, as well as making the home-buying and selling process as much of an enjoyable experience as possible. She loves getting to know her clients, building relationships with them, and sharing all that the Triangle area has to offer. 

When Bianca is not busy working for her clients, she can be found cheering for her boys on the fields,  teaching fitness classes, volunteering at her boy's schools, taking hikes, planning trips and enjoying everything that NC has to offer.
